How long we keep information


We retain data provided by you and generated during our business transactions with  you. We shall retain that data for the duration of our business relationship and for a maximum of three years after we have ended our business relationship.  We shall endeavour to contact you regularly to confirm that the data related to you  remains up to date.  In the event that we do not receive that confirmation from you,  we shall delete all such data.


How to complain


If you have any concerns about our use of your personal data, you can make a complaint to us using the contact details at the top of this privacy notice.  If you remain unhappy with how we’ve used your data after raising a complaint with  us, you can also complain to the ICO.
