Whether your organisation is a start-up or mature, we can help you develop meaningful expositions and related manuals that are fit-for-purpose and provide practical value to your organisation, as well as demonstrating compliance to the relevant regulatory authority.
We can help you develop efficient and risk-managed procedures, forms, etc. to complement your exposition - providing a seamless explanation of how your organisation functions to your whole team and external stakeholders, such as your customers and regulatory authorities.
Depending upon the approvals your organisation holds and the products you maintain, your nominated person(s) will be responsible for ensuring 100% compliance at all times. To achieve this efficiently, they must maintain an up-to-date knowledge of the applicable requirements and develop appropriate procedures, etc. to ensure compliance and contribute to risk management. We can advise you on how to achieve this and provide regular updates on how requirements are being developed by regulatory authorities.
The Compliance Monitoring function is an important element of your management system that should contribute significantly to your organisation's understanding of risk as well as supporting the organisation in demonstrating compliance. We can support your Compliance Monitoring Manager (formerly, Quality Manager) by developing new (or assessing current) Compliance Monitoring Programmes and associated procedures to ensure full coverage and integration with safety risk management processes. We can also perform specific audits or series of audits on their behalf, relieving the need to employ full-time resources that may not be required in all cases.
We can provide customised training/coaching for your whole team, from the Accountable Manager (CEO/MD), senior/middle management, and supervisors, as well as maintenance, stores, and production planning personnel. We are committed to ensuring your people understand their responsibilities under the applicable regulations, as well as your organisation's processes and procedures. We will work with you to develop training strategies that are appropriate to your needs.
In addition to the above examples, we are happy to talk to you about anything else that may niggle you or keep you awake at night. If we can help we will and if we can't we'll say so - no flannel!

Airworthiness Review is a vital part of ensuring the continuing airworthiness of the aircraft that you manage on behalf of the owner/operator. Not only does it serve to demonstrate that status of each aircraft at regular intervals, it also provides significant insight into the health and performance of your organisation. Whilst regulations do not permit airworthiness reviews to be sub-contracted, subject to your nomination and authorisation, our Consultant can perform and report upon Airworthiness Reviews on an ad hoc or scheduled basis.
All aircraft are required to be maintained to a Maintenance Programme. As a CAMO/CAO your organisation must research a wide range of continuing airworthiness information and be fully cognisant of the configuration of each of the aircraft that you own, operate, or manage in order to compile an effective Maintenance Programme. Our Consultant is experienced in developing and maintaining Maintenance Programmes for commercial, business, and private (non commercial) aircraft, and can support you in this function.
Aircraft must be 100% serviceable at the point of dispatch, unless they are operated under a Minimum Equipment List (MEL), which is considered part of the owner/operator's Operations Manual and must be based upon the relevant design approval holders' Master Minimum Equipment Lists (MMEL). Compilation and on-going maintenance of these documents requires close coordination between the flight operations and continuing airworthiness management functions, whilst responsibility for application usually falls to line maintenance personnel and individual pilots. In our experience, these documents are often incomplete and do not necessarily reflect the configuration of the referenced aircraft. We can assist in the development and optimisation of MELs to ensure that they reflect aircraft accurately and can be easily referenced and understood by maintenance personnel and pilots alike.
